General Policy

All purchases made on Illustrious, including Stardust credit packs and image generations are non-refundable. However, in rare and extreme cases, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. These exceptions include:

  ·  Accidental duplicate payments

  ·  Unauthorized charges (must be reported within 7 days)

  ·  Platform-wide outages or major technical errors that result in unusable services

What we don't refund

To ensure fairness and sustainability for both creators and developers, we do not issue refunds for:

  ·  Change of mind after purchase

  ·  Dissatisfaction with image output or AI Interpretation

  ·  Unused Stardust credits

  ·  Misuse of the platform or prompts leading to unexpected results

Our AI models are designed to be powerful but creative—if the result isn't what you expected, we recommend refining your prompt or using the Enhance Prompt feature for guided improvements.

How to request a refund (in rare cases)

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at

with the following:

  ·  Reason for refund request

We will review and respond to your request within 7-10 business days.
